Watermelon Basil Mezcalrita - Backyard BBQ Combo

Matt made Memphis dry rub ribs so we decided to pair that with a Watermelon Mezcal Margarita - perfect for backyard, summer sipping. As always, fresh ingredients and juices make all the difference and only take a tick more time.


Mezcal espadin 2 oz

Fresh watermelon juice 3 oz

Fresh lime juice 1 oz


Add the lime juice and 8-10 basil leaves to a cocktail shaker. Mudle the basil, add remaining ingredients, shake and strain. Rim the glass with Himalayan pink salt. Alternate watermelon cubes, basil leaves and lime wedges on a skewer for your garnish.
