Some Like it Hot - Spicy Pineapple Express

Perfect for those who not only like big flavors, but also enjoy a nice spice. This can be dialed up or down to suit your taste. Paired well with Matt's grilled New Mexico chilis.

Tequila blanco 2 oz

Freshly squeezed pineapple juice 2 oz

Fresh lime juice 1 oz

Simple syrup .75 oz

Orange liqueur .5 oz

Add lime juice and muddle serrano peppers in the shaker. Combine remaining ingredients, shake and strain. Rim the glass with Tajin and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
