Make it Sparkle

Matt recently challenged us to find a cocktail pairing for Fettuccini Alfredo... no small task. Enter: the Sparkling Negroni. Perfect for summer drinking and in the same cuisine ballpark as our main dish, this slight riff adds sparkling water to cut through some sweetness and adds a refreshing aspect to an otherwise beloved and delicious Italian cocktail.

Gin 1.5 oz

Aperol 1 oz

Sweet Vermouth .5 oz

Top up with sparkling water
